Sire Marcus Miller V1 4-String Bass – Tide Pool
The Sire Marcus Miller V1 is a 4-string electric bass inspired by the classic Jazz Bass design. It combines a timeless aesthetic with a striking "Tide Pool" finish—a metallic, turquoise-blue hue.
Accessible, comfortable, and versatile, it is an excellent choice for beginners as well as musicians looking for a straightforward, effective instrument for home practice, rehearsals, or live performances.
A joy to play
The mahogany body is paired with a hard maple neck featuring a "C" profile, offering a natural, ergonomic feel. The rosewood fretboard incorporates Sire’s Edgeless™ system, with rounded edges that provide exceptional playing comfort.
The passive electronics prioritize simplicity and efficiency: the two Jazz Bass-style pickups deliver a wide sonic palette, ranging from round, warm lows to sharper, more incisive tones. With independent volume controls and a master tone knob, you can easily tailor the sound to suit various musical styles—from rock, pop, and funk to soul or jazz.
